AUDIO IS NOT HEARD
- If you don't hear the audio, your computer may not have a sound card, or the audio source may not be selected correctly on your computer.
- The "Speaker" button may be in Silent mode. Click on the speaker and switch it to ON mode.
- The volume slider was set too low. Drag or click the volume slider one level above the lower volume value.
- The system volume may be set too low. Control Panel, open Sounds and Audio Devices. On the volume tab, under device volume, drag the slider to the right to increase the system volume.
- Close all other programs that might be using the sound devices.
- Computer speakers or headphones may not be connected properly. Make sure the speakers or headphones are connected correctly, have electricity, and are turned on.
AUDIO SOUND DUPLICATED
- Make sure that you do not have two or more tabs open in the same browser with the same relay, in the same way, have the same broadcast open in two or more browsers.
THE VIDEO IS NOT WORKING
- It is recommended to use a browser capable of interpreting HTML5.
THE VIDEO IS NOT FLUID AND STOPS
- Check your connection.
- If you are downloading files (or uploading) from (or to) the Internet, your connection may be affected, causing data throughput congestion.
- If you are using a wireless connection (WIFI), the signal may not be strong enough to your device. Try to access the Internet with a LAN connection using an RJ45 cable.
- Your internet provider may be offering poor connection quality right now.
